    HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 21                                                                                               
    Opposing cuts to retirement benefits owed to members of the                                                                 
    armed services of the United States; and urging the United States                                                           
    Congress to approve legislation allowing members of the armed                                                               
    services of the United States to receive promised retirement                                                                
    benefits.
